Letting go can be one of the most difficult, and rewarding things we can do. The business and chaos of the world can get to us all and inevitably there is going to be someone, somewhere that sticks with us in a negative way. Maybe it was in traffic, at work, or in line at the grocery store. Maybe it was someone at home. We all are fighting our own battles. Learning to let things go is a stepping stone to a peaceful, balanced life.
