So many of us struggle to find love for ourselves. Most people I see that struggle with this give love so freely. Today is a day where we can look around and see images and examples of what it can look like to have a partner in life who loves us. It is beautiful. The heart longs to be connected with another being and without it days like today can be a little bit harder. Whether you have been blessed with a true love, starting on a new adventure with someone, or spending a night in with Hallmark Channel and some hot cocoa i'm here to remind you something that so many people forget. The only human relationship that you can have that is guaranteed to last forever and will never let you down is the one you have with yourself.
Thought for the day: What can you do today to show how much you love and appreciate yourself? If you don't love yourself very much right now, think of something you could do for someone you love, and do it for yourself instead <3
