What is Coaching?

Coaching is a dynamic relationship between a Coach and their Clients that serves the purpose of walking with Clients through their journey to attain happiness and fulfillment.  Coaching is tailored to the Clients needs and is meant to assist in providing accountability and support through a transition.


What does Coaching not do?

Coaching is not therapy or medical advice.  Coaches can provide experience and advice but this should not be used to replace trained mental health counselors, doctors, psychiatrists, lawyers, accountants, or any other licensed professional outside the scope of coaching.


How long will I need to use your coaching services?

The timeline of a coaching relationship is very individual and is whatever the Client feels most comfortable with.  We are happy to work with you as you strive towards attainment of one goal or multiple goals.  While growth can be seen immediately, in order to see lasting change, we recommend that you plan on being in coaching a minimum of 3 months.
